You cannot reserve a date utilising the Availability Calendar. It is not linked to the Outlook calendar program.

To book a mediation please follow the steps below.

BOOKING

Mr Douglas is available for a day or half a day (10.00 am – 2.00  pm or 2.00 pm – 6.00 pm).  Early or late hour – or weekend – mediations are available on direct inquiry only.

After ascertaining availability through this calendar and once confirmed with the other parties involved, please contact his personal assistant, Pauline O’Neill on (07) 3218 0605 to secure a date.  Details of the legal representatives and parties attending the mediation, and the agreed share for payment of mediation fees, should be provided via email to pauline@callinanchambers.com.  Alternatively, contact Mr Douglas  direct on 0417 788713 and via email to douglas@callinanchambers.com.

Once confirmed you will receive from Mr Douglas  a costs disclosure letter and mediation agreement for signing and return. Such agreement is made with the solicitors for the parties, who are responsible for fee payment.  The fees below apply from 1 July 2025.

TENTATIVE DATES

If you need to make a tentative booking, please email as above.  A tentative date will only be held for one week.  By that time – unless the parties have requested and Mr Douglas agrees to an extension – the tentative date will be removed from the availability calendar and made available to others.  Only one tentative date can be held at any time.
